Mark-IT Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Mark-IT.

All products sold through Mark-IT are custom printed using student artwork. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

• Product size

• Color selection

• Shipping information

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Mark-IT is not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

• Shipping delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
